We use our kitchen to prepare and cook your meals fresh and work to get those to you as quickly as possible.

3. Your Meals Are Delivered Straight To You Tuesday Morning
Meals are delivered to you early Tuesday morning.
We also have pickup available Tuesday at 5:00PM at our kitchen in Spokane Valley.

Daniel and Kairos have been amazing throughout the 4 years I’ve done meal prep service with them! If I reach out, they respond immediately! The food is flavorful and has the right/healthy portions. I was out of town last week and my husband chose these healthy options over snacks and fillers while I was gone! Huge plus! Quick delivery, sustainable and healthy portions, super friendly communications and quick option to eating healthy. There are a number of options for your meal prep, but locally, I will always use Kairos!

I can’t say enough good things about this food service! The owner is incredibly friendly and personable, making every interaction a pleasure. I had the pleasure of meeting him at a HOTWORX vendor event, and he not only took the interest in getting to know me and what my health goals, but he also followed up with me and made sure if I had any more additional questions before I started using his services. It’s clear they care deeply about their customers and take pride in what they do. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality in every bite. This company is also consistent and delivers on time, every time, and I especially love that they put the macros on each meal so you know exactly what you are eating.
